Please help! I'm having trouble deciding whether to cover my 11 X 15 sheet cake in fondant or buttercream. Can someone help me with the pros and cons of each??? I'm one of the newest of newbies and start my Wilton classes next week but have a birthday cake to do Sunday! I'm just kinda jumping right in aren't I? icon_lol.gif

Hi, Cori!

What kind of cake are you doing? If it's a single layer sheet cake, I'd probably say BC...but, have you surfed these lovely galleries?

Sooooo many ideas to choose from...I'm SURE you'll find something that helps!

Good luck!

Hi Dawn! Yeah I'm thinking of just a single layer, this being my first cake for someone else. I've looked through some of the galleries and found so many great ideas and guess got a little overwhelmed. icon_smile.gif
