I have a cake ready for pick up in the morning. She does not know how to cut the cake. I will print out a cutting guide for her, but I need to make sure how to cut it myself, so I can explain it properly!

It is a 12x18 stacked, so it's 2 layers of 4 inches. It serves 108 people. Does she cut it all the way through in 1x 4 inch slices? It's only filled once in the middle of both stacks.

Please help me, I have never done a cake this size before. I read the cutting directions in the articles, but I'm not getting how to cut it to serve 108.

Help me! It's 10:30 Okinawa time and I'm tired...someone please spell it out for me. LOL.

Thank you!!
