She probably means a sheet cake. For the size question, you need to ask her how many people she needs to feed. I find that most people have no idea how big a half sheet or full sheet is, which is why I tell them, "I dont' go by half or full ..... how many people are you feeding?"

She will have about 50-60 people there, so she will need a pretty big cake.

Hi Nursey,

Where in Windsor are you? I am in LaSalle. Cool!!

My Full slab...I use a 12x18 and half slab I use a 9x13 pan. All my pans too are 3 inches tall...So, if I have to torte them...I just cut them in half.

You could probably use a pan inbetween what I have...Or I would recommend the bigger one....12x18. It will feed I believe around 80 people.

Your cakes are gorgeous.....Love the pink and choc ganache ones...STUNNING!
