I was just curious what everyone uses to flavor their buttercream frosting for fillings? Other than fruit preserves, what are some other things to use?

Last weekend I took a sleeve of Bavarian Creme filling from Cash and Carry and mixed it into my really stiff buttercream icing. It was so tasty and didn't need to be refrigerated!

I use the lorane oils they use to flavor candy with there are so many flavors you can mix and match to changeup and go with all types of cake and a little goes a long way. My local walmart carrys them And most cake supply stores
