Help- I am driving myself crazy. I made a sheet cake in November and in the recipe it called for White Chocolate pudding. I've almost torn my house up looking for this recipe, I need to make another cake...TONIGHT.
Does this sound familiar to anyone?? Please help me.
I would love to get that recipe also, I just bought some white chocolate pudding and cheesecake pudding, I went to the store hungry.
Not my recipe, but one that I got from here at CC. Very good too.
"To a white cake mix, add a 4 serving box of pudding (I usually use french vanilla or my fav is white chocolate), 4 egg whites, 1 t. clear vanilla, 1 c. sour cream, 1/2 c. water and 1/3 c. oil. This will be think and the cake comes out dense and durable and very yummy! It's yields a little more than the a box mix. I made a 1/2 sheet the other day and used 2 of these. Like I said, the white chocolate pudding is my favorite to add in.
Yields a little more than a box cake mix."
I'm sure it's too late but I just saw this. This is the recipe I use:
1 box white cake mix
1 small box white chocolate instant pudding
1/2 c oil
3 egg whites
1 whole egg
1 1/4 c water/milk mixture
1 tsp vanilla, almond or other extract of choice
Bake at 350 until cake springs back in middle
Hope this helps for next time!
