It works best with medium icing. Start at the edge and work your way around going inward and finally up! You can make them as high as you want to!

Anytime! Can't wait to see a picture! For some reason they seem to turn out better if you are using a medium buttercream (I use the half butter, half crisco recipe). The swirls come out smoother...man is this making me hungry! ![]()
