You could use the Elmo head and then just make it into Zoe, or you could do a 3D cake of her like some of the Elmo's in the gallery, or a sculpted fondant one and put her on top of a cake. I have a little fondant Elmo in my photos. Hope this helps get the juices flowing!!!! LOL!!!
