I am borowing this picture from a member here, but want to know if anyone can tell me how can I get this nice deep green? I also have Wilton's burgundy will that work for the sweet peas? the green I'm more worried about, I have all kind of green, electric green, kelly green, forrest green, leaf green, ,moss green, juniper green which one would work best if you know thanks

I just remember I downloaded a color wheel that might help you, is from chefmaster, the brand I use (besides wilton), here's their web page:

That is a really pretty cake. I'm not quite sure on the green but I think either the moss or juniper is what you are looking for (I have both at home...just can't remember which one looks like that). Maybe you could try coloring 2 small batches to test it out.

For the pink, I don't think burgundy is what you are looking for (unless you are goiing for a burgundy instead of the pinker color in the picture). But I don't really have a recommendation for you on that one either...

Is that pink? it looks a little lighter than burgundy to me

I got a really mossy green color by taking some royal blue I had left over and adding a bit of yellow. By adding more yellow I was able to brighten it up to what I would call a Christmas green. It wasn't the color I was going for, but doing it this way could work for what you want.

Looking at it, to me the green looks almost olive in color=) And the flowers are pink/purple, with being more on the purple side. Just what I see when I look at it! Very pretty cake=) Jen
