in another post (how to make a tulip), a link provided brought up reciep from Woman's Day to make "marshmallow dough" using marshmallow cream (Fluff, etc.)

Will this works as well as melting marshmallows? better?

has anyone tried it? results? advice?

Yes, this works fine. Of course, I can't tell you how much powdered sugar you would need as I don't ever measure it. I used a small jar of marshmallow fluff (tried it with WalMart brand since it was cheaper for practice) and just added sugar until it got to the consistency I wanted. I like it better than melting the marshmallows since I can just scoop it out and plop it onto the pile of powdered sugar and go to work on it...no heating, or sticking to the bowl after it's melted. That's just my two cents worth!!
