Yes, there are!! I'm not a vegan, but someone I work with is. I'll ask her today about cookies, but I know she just brought in a Vegan Cupcake book that looks soooo delicious!! It's mostly just substituting milk for soy or rice milk, etc. The cupcake book is really good!
