For Those That Have Taken The New Wiltonfondant And Gumpaste

What other supplies did you need besides the course kit and did you have to bring anything for the first day of class? I'm debating whether to take this class or not but I probably won't decide until very close to class time and so I'm trying to prepare early for it in case I decide to take it.
Thanks,
Christine
I would love to take this class. I am located in Boston and I am wondering if anyone in the Bostn area knows where I can take this class?
For the first class we marbleized fondant and covered our 12 inch cake board. So you do need fondant and a 12 inch cake board I also brought the kit. You do bring a cake for the second and last class. I did enjoy the class.

Michael's in Everett and if you buy the course kit the course is free in March!
For our first class the instructor reviewed some things from Course 3 and then showed us how to marbelize and cover the board. We didn't really do anything ourselves so that for the second class we could go ahead and bring our boards and cakes already covered and ready to go for the drapes, handkerchiefs, and garland. Then we worked on the first part of the carnation.
Thanks so much reesesob. I am signing up to take the class in Natick.
So, the only extra things I will need are Fondant and Gumpaste mix?
thanks,
Christine
