Okay I was at my local cake supply store browzing around the other day (had to much time on my hands and not enough money) and seen these bags of Paramount Crystals and I know someone was talking about this around Christmas time here, so question is what is it used for. I'm thinking to thin down candy melts but not sure can someone enlighten meicon_smile.gif

I use them to then down the candy melts I get by CK Products, when I'm running low on money or the cake store is closed I use about a 1/2 tablespoon of Crisco. Works the same way for me, I got that tip from a Bakery in Athens GA.

Thanks Meeka, I thought it had something to do with candy melts. There wasn't any instructions on the bag just what the product wasicon_smile.gif
