I rebake them for 10 minutes or so. The texture is way better, and even if they're not chocolate covered they disappear in no time

I just made some German Chocolate ones, I just used a box mix then added the little tub of coconut pecan icing that goes with it, it makes it the right consistency. I've found that if you don't think of them as cake, then you won't find them as a gooey mess, I think of a truffle, and to me they taste just like truffles, only easier to make. Oh..and I dipped the German Choc. ones in milk choc. chips. Yummy!!!!!
