Wax Paper Substitute?? Help

Hi
Does anone know if I can use something other than wax paper for a buttercream transfer? You can not get it in England. Would a heavyweight type plastic sheet work?

I would think that you could use parchment paper as well.

I'm with Suela--parchment paper will give you excellent results as a waxed paper substitute.
