I made this for my DH's birthdayparty today, and since we both love Calvin and Hobbes it decided to make a go for it.
So I made this, my very first attempt with FBCT, as a surprise for my husband - and he just LOVED it! (Told me how proud he is of me icon_smile.gif)))

It isn't really smooth, but it just added to the cartoon-feel of the transfer, so all in all I tought it turned out rather well if I may say so icon_wink.gif

Great job! I've been wanting to try FBCT too. I was going to for a birthday cake I was asked to make recently, but I wanted to try on a practice cake first. Maybe now that the holidays are over.

FBT's are the best! I'm an addict since I learned that technique. Great job on Calvin and Hobbs! We are Calvin and Hobbs fanatics here too (my oldest dtr just go the complete set of their comics in a hardbound set for christmas).
