Which do you prefer and why?

I have two cakes this weekend and I'm not sure which I should do. Which will hold up longer in your opinion? These cakes will be picked up early in the morning and served later in the day.

My personal opinion would be FBCT... I just found them easier to do then color flow for some reason and because it's buttercream should last longer.. the color flow will start dissolving because of the icing contact after a while...

to throw another in the works chocolate transfers are fun too, better for eating and will last.

for some reason me and color flow don't get along. LOL
