So do ya'll suggest keeping a cake in the fridge after it has been iced using this recipe? I just made a banana cake using my grandmother's recipe and it's for a party tomorrow night....I'm thinking of using this icing. Suggestions anyone? Thanks!!!

I made the crusting cream cheese recipe in the CC recipe section last month on a carrot cake for my sister, and it was wonderful. Good luckicon_smile.gif

This is a great recipe just make sure everything is at room temp when you start or it won't crust!
