Does anyone know how to stabilize cream cheese frosting? It's allows a little running and difficult to icing. I've tried adding more powdered sugar but it's still soft. Is there a stabilizer out there that can be added.
Thanks

First, Welcome, Welcome to Cake Central!!! Second, try the crusting cream cheese icing recipe on here-it's wonderful and stable enough to decorate with. Just make sure all the ingredients are perfectly room temp so it will crust. Then you can smooth it with Viva papertowels to look perfect!!
