What's a good RI recipe that will be firm enough for a rose? Thanks in advance.

the standard wilton recipe works well for this,

3 tablespoons meringue powder
6 tablespoons water
1 pound confectionery sugar

Funny this post should be here! I started Course 2 tonight and I have never seen RI so thick!!!!! Now I know how ya use it for flowers...
