I just bought a whole bunch of different puddings and now I'm going to go in experimentation mode...

what kind of filling would be good with a butterscotch cake?

I would suggest vanilla pudding with butterscotch ice cream topping swirled in. That sounds yummy to me! icon_smile.gif
