Have any of you tried Sarah's Red Velvet Cake recipe on this site? I need to make it tomorrow and am wondering how moist this cake is. I like very moist cakes and I'm curious if I can/need to add something (pudding) to my batter?

It's in the oven as i type..this much i can tell you..the batter tastes incredible...lol

it's an excellent cake. it is extremely moist. i also used the mary kay frosting recipe and it teasted very good together.

I also just made these this evening!!!.....I did them into cupcakes....Turned out well....I also iced them with a cream cheese ....Must have been good as I ate 2 before I got them iced..LOL....I have never had red velvet cake before so I haven't anything to compare it to ,but this is a keeper!
