I saw them on a site and tried it. I'm pretty sure that the gems are made with a mold, which I didn't have. Ijust cut out the gem shape I wanted and attached it to a silver rectangle then made a the band and attached it all together. Then I painted the gem with super pearl and the ring with silver lustre dust.

Sorry, all with fondant. i saw them on kimberly fullerton's website. here is one i did. It's not as good as her's but I think it's cute.
