I have tried several MMF recipes. I like the one using MMcream because ya don't have to cook it. However, it seems a bit sticky. What is your favorite MMF recipe? And I would appreciate any tips on using it!

This is my favorite...

Then for part of the water amount I use extracts(vanilla, almond, mint, butter). The vanilla and butter is pretty good. Also because my bags come in 10 oz, I do not use all the p.sugar the recipe calls for. I crisco up my bowl and spoon, then put in the marshmallow, water, flavoring. Then nuke it in the microwave at intervals until the marshmallows look "soupy-like" but not completely melted. I take it out and stir it until it is soupy. Then I add the p.sugar a little at a time, stirring it in, in the bowl. Then after it reaches a certain consistency, I turn it out onto the counter covered with crisco. The with crisco'd hands I knead in the rest of the p.sugar, until it is the right consistency. Also, if you are planning on coloring the batch one color, you can put the color in with the liquids at the beginning! Jen
