Has anyone ever purchased any pans from this company? I'm thinking of ordering, but I don't want to get a bunch of crap. Anyone????? icon_confused.gif

Welcome to Cake Central. I have never ordered from the company. But I have gone to their website numerous times for pan instructions.

Maybe someone else can help with info on ordering from them.

I have ordered several times from them and they are great. Even if they don't have the pan you want availabe, if you tell them what you need , they can usually find it!

Yes! This is my favorite place to order my pans from. Excellent customer service and fast shipping! Also of importance; They pack the pans well for shipping. icon_smile.gif

I just emailed them about getting a set of pans they didn't have explicitedly listed for sale and they said no problem. They seem very nice and decently priced.

I don't know about ordering from them, but I know that they once bought old pans from me on eBay. I was making space for other pans, and decided to sell some of my characters pans, since we're not supposed to sell character cakes, and also I know how to draw if it's asked.... icon_smile.gif

I'm sure they look around all places to get pans! That's the beauty of it all. I know they may be a little on the expensive side, but you can count on getting your pan if they have it and they order it and you can't beat their customer service!
