I made my first cake with Chocolate MMF tonight and topped it with Chocolate Transfers. It turned out pretty well though I think I may not have rolled it out as thin as I should have, but proud of it anyway. My question is do I keep it in the Fridge overnight to serve tomorrow or should I leave it out at room temp? The cake is Chocolate with Chocolate BC (no egg in the BC) topped with the Chocolate MMF.
As always, thanks in advance for everyones help here at CC!! I couldnt do it with out you guys!!

It'll be fine left out. If you decide to stick it in the fridge make sure it doesn't have that fridge smell cause the MMF is notorious for picking it up.
