Hi All,

I have a quick question. Before I make a huge mistake, I thought I better ask first.

I am glazing several types of cookies that do not need to be refrigerated. But, if I glaze them, do they then need to be refrigerated? They are for our family Christmas party on Saturday.

The glaze consists of 1 cup powdered sugar, 2 tbs. milk, and gingerbread spices.

I don't have room in my fridge, so I need to know before I possibly waste a whole lot of cookies icon_redface.gif

Thanks for your help.

Anyone have a suggestion? The cookies are waiting to be dunked, or bagged icon_biggrin.gif

Nope, I wouldn't worry about it ... that little bit of milk shouldn't be a problem!

..yep, they should be just fine. The sugar acts like a preservative and keeps the milk from spoiling!
