After finishing up my first cookies in RBC and RI, I decided with all the RI I had I would play around with another first .... outlining and flooding ~ my outline seemed really white but my flood seemed kind of opaque/cloudy ~ what causes this? I think you can tell in my 2 t-shirt cookies.
