Usually Monday's mean the day the kiddo (nephew) goes back to school.

Monday nights usually mean heading up to Michaels to do the teaching thing.

But this Monday.. Means a few more days closer to Christmas. Means I better get on the ball and figure out what I'm getting my brothers for Xmas. Making a few more cookies (why we need more I'm not sure). And it means making soup to tonight.

What's really GREAT about this Monday is that it's the annual Pierogi Making Get Together. So in a few hours the family will gather at Grandma's and we will be up to our elbows in noodle dough, meat, saurkraut, and cheese stuff... rolling, stuffing, and boiling those wonder little things. icon_smile.gif

What a Monday for me!!!

I work full time so I'm stuck here for 8 hours doing my boss' work, since she's out of the office, plus my own work.

Tonight I have to make 200 molded chocolates for my daughter's PALS group, I have to make chili for 25-30 people (our church is feeding 70 homeless people tomorrow), I have a Project Prom meeting at my son's school and I need to get started on party food that "my kids" volunteered me for (pigs in a blanket, homemade salsa, cookies, ritz crackers dipped in chocolate). My son actually asked me last night why I do so much if I'm so tired all the time!!! Like I do it all for myself!!!

Don't tell them, but I wouldn't trade it for anything. I love doing all this stuff!!!
