It's 32 degrees, perfect packing temperature, and we've had snow for the last 30 hours almost non-stop. Can't measure because it's drifted so bad, but the thinnest place in the yard is at least 6 inches, and the highest is 2ft, with it still coming down hard.

Good Luck on the snowman. We had snow the last few weeks but it was to cold. And well after so many weeks of yuck snowmen were not high on the chart of fun at our house. Now we have high wind and alittle snow. My family is saying when is it SPRING??

I'm REALLY jealous. We haven't had anything more than flurries all winter and we've got spring like weather already.
Can't remember the last time we built a snowman! icon_cry.gif

Didn't get to actually finish the snowman - the head turned into a big snowball, the body, a fort icon_lol.gif It was 38 degrees, but still snowing ?!?!?! Weird weather, but perfect for playing outside! Turned into a 10 person snowball war. Tried taking the Suburban through the field, NOT my idea, got it stuck and had to be pulled out by a neighbor. Gee, ya think snow mid-door level with slush under it would be easy to go through icon_wink.gif Men...

Oh, and it's been snowing on and off, mostly on, for over 48 hours, and not supposed to stop until Monday sometime. The highways have snow drifts up to 8 feet high, and are single lane in some places.

Iowa wasn't as bad when we went to get the kids today. (Yes, we drove in this!!!) BUT think of our friends there, as power has been out in some places in Iowa and Illinois. A family we know had to drive 50 miles to a hotel to have heat. It's not the snow there; it's ice.

It sounds like lots of fun. But no offense you can keep the snow. icon_wink.gif We have had our fair share here in colorado and I am SOOOOOOOOOO ready for it to start warming up. LOL
