Ok I'm going to be making a version of this cake (as I said in my last thread) and I've figured out that I'm going to be using 18, 16, 14, 10, and 8 inch rounds for the stacked cake and 8 inch rounds for the satellite cakes. My question is .... do you think these are looking like 2 or 4 inch deep?

They look like 4" cakes to me. I don't know much about flowers so can't help you out on that question.

They do look like 4 inch cakes to me, the flowers look like silk roses from what I can tell .
