I have a recipe for a 9 x 13 pan; what would be the equivalent for a round one?

According to Wilton the 13x9 will take 7 cups of batter. I'm not sure if this rcipes does make 7 cups of batter or not, but you can make it and see.

The 8x3 takes 5 cups of batter. The 8x2 takes 3 cups.

If you have a Wilton yearbook handy look in the middle of it and see what other pans take around 7 cups of batter.

I would make it and measure it before just dumping it in a pan though. It's kinda like the cake mixes they always say that they make 2 8in, 2 9in or a 13x9, but if you seperate the batter like that they always come out thin. icon_smile.gif

Thanks Texas! thumbs_up.gif I think I'll make the recipe and pour it into the pan and then pour in the left over into my small oval pan. thumbs_up.gif
