Help!!

Is there any QUICK way to defrost frozen icing? It is chocolate buttercream that needs to be defrosted in 2 hours. Is this possible?? I know Im stupid for waiting but it JUST hit me!!! AAAAHHH!

I have stuck mine in the microwave. Just do it for 5-8 seconds at the time, and stir it after every interval. DO NOT OVER DO! I did that once and had a bowl of melted mush.

The microwave...just a little at a time and just mix after a few seconds at a time of microwaving. icon_smile.gif

After it's sat out for about 30 min. or so, if you have a KA mixer, put it in there and mix it. That way you whip it back up and it helps bring it to room temp faster.
