I just had to say that. I tried her method today and it worked. This is going to make my life so much easier. I used to stress out about not being able to get my cakes completly smooth and seeing spatula marks. icon_cry.gif Not any more. What a life saver you are. icon_lol.gif Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Isn't she wonderful? I tried it for the first time also. No more Viva paper towels for me! The roller works like a charm. It is my new best friend in the kitchen.

I haven't tried her method yet, but I love Melvira too! Melvira and 'bethola' have given me so many tips and tricks! Thank you to both of them!

I'm sooo excited to try this method....I just bought my foam roller yesterday! I too, dread the spatula marks on buttercream! Crossing my fingers! icon_lol.gif
