Iwas looking for a recipe yesterday for cookies with Splenda. I found a great peanut butter cookie recipe at allrecipes.com

I made these yesterday and they taste really good. Cannot tell a difference in them from ones made with real sugar.
There is also an oatmeal raisin cookie with Splenda on that site, but I ran out of Splenda, so I haven't tried it yet.
