Springform Pan!!!

Helloo fellow cakerer's

I was wondering if I can use a springform pan to bake a regular NON cheesecake cake? Will the batter seap out the bottom???

I use my springform pan all the time to make biscuit (sponge cake). Funny enough, its what every family in Germany uses to make their cakes....however, their batter is usually a little thicker. It shouldn't seep out the bottom, though. If you're still unsure, put the filled pan on a cookie sheet in the oven? Hope this helps icon_smile.gif

It shouldn't. I have an entire set of Pampered Chef springform and use them all the time.
