If you ask sheet cakes sizes, you will get 10 different answers!! Here is what I have understood to be the MOST COMMON norms... not that they are the only acceptable... just what I hear most often
9X13 = 1/4 sheet
11x15 = 1/3 sheet
12x18 = 1/2 sheet
18x24 = Full sheet
In my old oven I can't get anything bigger than 16 inches, so I cannot offer the 'true' half sheet until after the kitchen redo!! Ergh!
