Hello Everyone
My name is Rick and I'm new to this site which I found accidently but find Amusing. I'm a Professinal Cake Decorator but I prefer the term "Cake Artist". I'm 34 and live in Atlanta Ga and its nice to know there are others out there who have the same problems as I and can relate to the "Stress" involved in doing Cakes or working for the General Public as I've read in some of your Postings. I enjoy what I do very much, I just hate where I'm currently doing it at "Sams Club or I like to term it Hells Club" So currently I'm trying to find another Job on a more Professional basis or possibly branch out on my own. Anyways, I just wanted to introduce myself and say once again its nice there are others who can relate for my Friends don't have the foggiest idea what I'm talking about or why I get upset with my Job at times.
