Ideas For Volunteer Cake

Hi,
I've been asked to do a cake for Volunteers of our local Chamber of Commerce, I'm totally stumped on an idea.
It needs to feed about 20.
Any ideas appreciated!

Our city flag is very easy to copy. Maybe you could do that?
What about drawing downtown? You know like the murals you see of how it used to be at businesses?
What about copying thier logo?
