I use it all the time, also. especially the raspberry. HOWEVER,
today I had a huge mess. I used strawberry. I put it in the food processor for a minute first so the strawberries wouldn't be so big. I did a dam around the cake, put the filling in and then put the second layer on and iced. I had a mess. I assume I put in a little too much filling, cuz it was oozing out even with the dam. I ended up needing to scrape most of the side icing off (with a lot of the filling) and started over. then, it seemed like it kept shifting. not one of my better days!
Does anyone know if this HAS to be refrigerated?

midialjoje - one of my cakes did seem to ooze out a little bit, but not much. Of course, i just did a crumb coat after the filling, waiting until the next day to decorate it so that may have been an issue.
If I use the solo canned filling can I leave my cake out of the refrig over night? It doesn't tell you how long it will last. The can says to refrig after opening so I was a little worried to use it on a wedding cake that won't fit in the fridge. I need to make it on Friday night for a Saturday wedding.
