Mousse Recipe That Does Not Need To Be Fridgerated

Ok I have a customer that wants a mousse filling but does not want the cake refridgerated. Does anyone have a recipe that this will work or do I have to tell them to give me another option. Thanks for your help

So far all the mousses i have made reguired refrigeration because they contain heavy cream and or gelatin.

I have subsituted rich's bettercream for the milk in instant pudding to make a mousse that can stay out of the fridge, for how long i don't know, but a few hours is no problem.
