Ok so im so excited! I just got together with my friend who is getting married to get ideas for her wedding cake! So im going to do a miniature prerun cake just to make sure i can do everything she wants. She wants a 3 layer cake, 10, 8 and 6 inch. The bottom will be covered in chocolate icing with yellow cake , the middle layer is carrot cake with cream cheese icing and the top layer will be chocolate icing with chocolate cake and raspberry filling. So i just wanted to share because im excited! Now do i handle the decorations ON the table surrounding the cake? or is that the brides familys part? Im also making a Cave cake, yes a cave hehehe, for the groom. I will be making that in yellow cake with white icing that will be colored.
