Could you use melted white chocolate chips to assemble a fondant bow in stead of the candy melts and just tint it to whatever color the bow is? Can you use any other substitutions?
I don't know about the white chips, but if candy melts work, then white almond bark should work. It sets up really well. Just depends if you like the taste of it or not...
