Need ideas for a sheet cake for a 1st birthday.....lil cupcake themed from birthdaypartyexpress.com
I'm fairly new and just dont have alot of ideas....
Was thinking of a white top and stripped sides, (like the photos on the website show, with a 6" cake on top decorated like a cupcake????
Then can remove for the birthday boy???
Any suggestions?

Under 1st birthdays....then boys lil cupcake.....
Its basically blue and green stripes, with a #1 and a cupcake on the decorations.....
I suppose I could just use the striping....and ???

okay i see it now.. there are a couple of things you could do.. you can actuallly draw a cupcake on the sheet cake just like the one in the photo and decorate it the same.. you can do the stripes..the dots too.. you can do a 8 or a 10 " round with a ball pan on top for the 8 and a large ball pan for the 10.. then decorate like a cupcake.. you can do cupcake cake,, and shape them into a large cupcake and decorate the top in stripes and dots... hope these help a bit.. julie

I made the little girl version of this exact theme a couple weeks ago. I just posted the pic for you to see, my first uploaded pic. I made a 12x15 in. cake and cut it to look like a cupcake. My client was thrilled. Good luck with your order.
