I realize this is debatable but I was just wondering for those of you who have used this recipe (from cc recipe) have you left it out? My gut tells me that it probably is okay since there is a large proportion of sugar in it, but I just dont know for sure. What do you all do?

My understanding is that it can not be left out since it is a cream cheese frosting. I have made it, and always tell people to keep the cake refrigerated.

If there is cream cheese... refrigerate.
