Tinkerbell Purse???

Ok , My soon 2 be 16 year old DD, Wants a Tinkerbell cake .& I would like to try to make a purse with Tinkerbell on it. but heres the deal , I have never done the purse and was woundering .1. What you guys think about the ideal & 2. If someone that has done the purse, could maybe e-mail me the steps to doing one or just post how i could do this??? PLEASE,PLEASE& THANK YOU!!!!!!

I've never done it, but if i was going to, i'd bake a round cake, cut it in half and glue the two halves together...that's your basic shape, then re-shape it into the type of purse you like and decorate...
oh and the tikerbell idea is excellent..i love tinkerbell!

Cakefairy... that's exactly what I did for the purse cake I made, but there are lots of different shapes to try!

and you could do a fbct tinkerbell on the cake

you could use a round, square, or hexagon cake pan cut in half and placed side by side for a really cute purse. It really depends on the look and size. I also think it would be really cute to either have tinkerbell sitting on top of the purse or coming out of the purse. You could also do a little jar and write on it pixie dust. Have that sticking out the purse too.

WOW U ALL R GREAT!!! So many ideals and they r all great! Can i do the purse in buttercream iceing?
I have yet to brave the mmf or foundent. Im getting nervse thinking about the purse and trying the tinkerbell fbct havent done that yet. so it should be a long day when i get started.lol.
