I am looking for the best fondant recipe out there... please. I am making a large cake and will be covering it with fondant. So if anyone is willing to share a really good fondant recipe I would be forever grateful.

There are different kinds, mmf being the easiest to make.
You can check the recipes and see which best suits your needs.
I've found the rating system to be pretty accurate.
