I did my first buttercream of tommy tow truck for a friend's birthday, he drives a tow truck. He really liked it and said he's not going to cut it. LOL. It was so easy, I only froze it about 10 mins. made it on wax paper and it came off perfectly. I print edible images and have projector, but this style gives dimension to cakes. I learned about it from this board, thanks to all for all the tips you give out. Oh yeah, how do you post a picture again

Can't wait to see it. It drives me nuts when they don't want to cut the cake! (wink)... It's not enough to look good. I need to know that it also tastes good!
