Advice Please...change My Business Name Or Not??

Hello all! I am in the beginning stages of starting my home based business. I've named my business "Slice of Heaven...custom crafted cakes & gourmet delights". I really like the name, but there was apparently a (bakery??) several years back in the area (about an hour away, next town) that was called "A Slice of Heaven". 
The business is "dissolved" according to NC records. 
I've had two or three people ask if it's "the same bakery??". I don't think it had a bad rep or anything, just not sure what to do. I really want to be unique, and I live in a very "transcient" area (just outside Charlotte...people moving ALL the time). So should it matter..there aren't many "locals" here that would remember previous biz?? BUT since it's a "new" biz.. it's either now or never to change it. The other idea is "For Heaven's Cake!!..custom crafted cakes & gourmet delights". As you can see, I'd like to keep the "Heaven" theme somehow. I have very spiritual reasons for doing so..it's important to me. (I also have materials printed up with clouds, etc I want to keep) ANY other suggestions, advice would be APPRECIATED!! TIA !!!!!!!
Personally, I would not change the name. I like the first name better, and since you said there are a lot of new people in the area and the previous business did not have a bad rep. there would be no harm in having a similar name. Just my two cents 
i'd keep it if you like it...
i opened the only cake bakery that they have had in the town i'm in, in 25 years.
i have a totally different name than they did, yet people still ask if i'm the same owner as that place.

I live close to Washington, NC.....we have a small bakery downtown on the water that is called "A Slice of Heaven" and they are still in business! I know I am not close to you....but did want to let you know that there is a bakery still open in NC called A Slice Of Heaven.

If they had a good rep...Then I would just keep it.
I do like what indydebi said..."A Second Slice of Heaven" Is cute too!!
If you really love that name...keep it. I am sure, like you said...it has been awhile since the last buisness.

Like the others said......if you like it, keep it! Slice of Heaven, or a Second Slice of Heaven, either is cute! What matters is YOUR GREAT PRODUCTS! 
I sort of had the same problem. Seems there was a dessert business in the next town named Just Desserts, several years before I started. There was also a different business that sold candy, and her name was Karen. So, I get that alot with Karen's Just Dessert.
But if they ask, I answer truthfully. No one has said "nevermind" if they find out I'm not who they thought I was.
Keep the name; it's yours and you love it! There are only so many variations on a cake themed business name.
