Funnel cake is a deep fried cake with powdered sugar sprinkled over the top and usually has fruit like apple or cherries. The batter is squeezed from a bag/nozzle into a deep fat fryer (all squiggly like). They are very popular at the fair and carnivals here. OMG, my mouth is watering now.
