Lol I'm planning on doing a little experiment to see if a small cake makes it to a friend.

But i want to ask if you think a cake mix(with extender recipe) and a box of butterscotch pudding will still be edible in a week? You think i should use dry ice? Its from Georgia to Kentucky. Not to long of a trip.

I just want to know how long a cake mix with pudding will keep on the counter. Since its cold out i'm hoping that'll help keep it a little longer during shipping.

Thanks!

If you cover it really good with buttercream icing, make sure the cake is sealed in the icing, it should be fine...I don't think it should take but a day or so to get to Kentucky from Georgia. You might want to ship US Postal Priority or Fed Ex Ground is really good too.

..why not freeze it before shipping it to? It can thaw on the way!
